IQ smart feeder maint and calibration | 19 March, 2014

We use IQ feeders from PPM and cant find any reference material on maintenance and calibration of these feeders. Does anyone here know where I can get repair manuals, diagrams, or any info on these feeders at all?

Hi guts1782, IQ feeders don't require calibration, unless you will use them for 0402's and 0201's. You can find the technical drawings from TYCO electronics' web site or you can contact Automation Technical Services San Diego, CA. Their phone number is (619) 302-6970 or you can contact directly to PPM ( They took over QUAD from TYCO) and the person in charge is Tom Nisbet who has extensive knowledge on the Quad machines.
