Hello, Thanks help me to fix this CP3 and now it is running great. Do this machine CP3 has capability to teach fiducials mark and check placement part on the board?. I have the operating manual and program manual. but I can't not get the TEACH display on the machine nemu . In the manual show press PROGRAM > ETC then you see TEACH. But I can't see it. Do my machine need to update the software or chane some thing in the Proper program?. I'm using MCS16 computer. So far the machine runs great , But take me awhile to move to correct fiducial location Thank you

I do not recall that "TEACH" ever worked. Even if it did, there is no way to save this data to the MCS. After you see that a fiducial cannot be found, change Xa-Ya in the program at the MCS to find it, and of course, re-transmit.

Thank you, that is help, I always change in program and re-transmit. One more question, I program N_data with capacitor is TANTB (using M nozzles in part data). but when I run the program in machine it is always use S nozzles to pick the cap. TANTB . Any ideal to correct this problem.

Are you using MCS1 or MCS2 software on the MCS16? For MCS1 I would have to try and remember, haven't seen that software in 20 years. For MCS2 in the PD make sure nozzle size, nozzle size min, and nozzle size max are all set to Med.

Oh yeah,

You can flip to switch on the camera card, VM1710 and jog the PCB under the fiducial camera to visually inspect to placements. switch it back when you are done.
