SPI: Cyber Optics SE300, review image missing

Hi all,

kindly asking for some hint with a problem we encounter with our SPI:

After inspection, the SPI should show the defect details, but it doesn't. I can see the files created by the realtime-card in the exchange-directory between windows- and realtime-pc. The more defects, the more files get created (CCF-files..). From another (working) machine I have learned, that for every defect a JPG-image should get created and stored in the appropriate directory. For some unknown reason, the JPG won't get created. Everything else seems to work, as far as I can see...

Does anybody know how to solve such kind of problem or is able to give some hint in the right direction?
