Screen Printing of Surface Mount Adhesives | 3 January, 2000

Does anyone know of a good technical reference source that deals with the screen printing of surface mount adhesives? I'm looking for help in adhesive selection and guidelines for designing aperture sizes/shapes for typical B/S wavesolderable SMT components. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please go into s.m.t.net archives 19/2/1999 and have alook at the suggestions I received.I have found them to be fairly accurate and work pretty good.Lazer cut stencils also made a significant improvement.The adhesive I used was AMICON D125F3 from Emerson &Cummings

MPM has a section on thier web page that is a glue printing tutorial. Visosity is the key ( aperature is very important also of course). Too runny of a glue won't work well, just lke paste.
