Have you ever dealt with air purification issues? What system are you utilizing for soldering fume extraction and filtration?

For high purification quality at an affordable price I would look into table-top HEPA Filtration Systems.

QUICK and HAKKO are perhaps the biggest bang for buck based upon your overall budget. Both use a nearly identical filtration system (3-Stage HEPA) and utilize a "lower cost of ownership" when replacing consumable items such as: pre-filters, middle, and main filters - when compared to similar brands.

PACE offers a nice construction / design but still uses the 3-Stage HEPA and costs more than HAKKO or QUICK. - I've also heard the metal cast body on those units contributes to more ambient noise levels while in operation.

BOFA would be in-line with an ultra-purification but it also includes the price tag. Very nice equipment however.

I know with HAKKO and PACE units, they do not include Adjustable Hoses in the purchase price and these are considered "A La Carte" Items.

The QUICK Model 6102A1 has dual port hook-ups and (for the price) is double the intake volume of its predecessor the QUICK 6101A1, both units come with hoses, AND an adjustable intake controller (A nice creature feature, since it saves on filter life and doesn't require the operator to crawl under a table to turn the unit off at night).

I know the QUICK units are on-sale right now at PROMATION USA's website.

As mentioned, it really just depends on what your goals and requirements are for fume extraction / air purification. A conformal coating process, laser marking, and soldering process for example, will require different extraction and purification technologies for filtration.

Best of luck!
