Hotflow 3 Reflow Oven | 6 January, 2020

Hello, I recently purchased a Hotflow 3 oven, using a step up transformer I received with unit, 220v to 480v. Unit turns on but does not heat up. Getting an F02 error saying no convection. I am getting 480v to oven, I also switched the phase still error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If it is not your power supply being wrong, check if you have UPS inside oven working properly.
