soltec delta wave

hi, I am experiencing a problem with our wave solder machine where zone 2 (forced convection) fan will not work when called upon. so we swapped it with zone 3 to make sure the motor was not at fault and it wasn't so we moved the A1 into a different 24v power supply and it worked until the breaker switch popped off. has anyone experienced anything similar? or found a solution? thanks in advance
