CP40CV No command response from handler, data to DPRAM failed | 7 December, 2020

Getting these errors: No command response from handler (0x1000) .... DpBlockWriteL: TimeOutWait for ACK .... Loading SYSTEM data to DPRAM is failed ..... Failed to create empty document ..... No command response from handler (0xffff) ..... Failed to create empty document

Contactors Not Engaging, hear click at G9D Safety Relay when I/O swich pressed & G9D Safety Relay K1 K2 Green Led not on .
