Hi, Few months back, our Speedline MPM UltraPrint 400 experienced a hard drive failure. We were able to recover some of the files such as the Offsets.txt, Sig400.ini, and Sigpro.ini. We installed a newer version (v6.35.19) of SigPro into a new hard drive and incorporated the files mentioned above into new installation. After few configurations and troubleshooting, the software appears to load fine and communication with meteor card has been successful. However, during startup, when the machine is first initializing the table (XYY), the machine's motors appear to be working but not movement of the table and initialization fails. The print head initialization steps are successful which occur before table initialization.
1) Has anyone experienced similar hardware behavior after installation of software? If so, how was it resolved?
2) Have you experienced hard drive failure [UltraPrint 400/500]? How were you able to get machine up and running again?
3) Has anyone a copy of the manuals that would describe how to calibrate the machine from scratch?
Thank you in advance
