Soft Gold Hardness Test

My organization has a wirebond application that requires our lands to have 1.25um of soft gold with 99.9% purity and a knoop hardness of 90 max. Regarding the hardness test coupon, my understanding is that the minimum soft gold thickness is 38um. Can anyone share any additional coupon design recommendations or point me to literature that covers this? Thanks!
