Good morning everybody

Our PCB's keep on getting stuck on their way from the Printer to the SPI. That happens like between every 20 to 30 minutes. We've checked the conveyor with, the cleaning cycle and also the transport acceleration speed but none of that measurements seems to help.

Does anybody may have some helpful thoughts on that?

Are they getting hung up transferring from one conveyor to the next? One thing we did was put a rounded chamfer on our PCB corners. I think it was a 1mm diameter. This stopped our boards from getting stuck.

A few other random ideas to look at; Make sure all your conveyors are level and aligned. Make sure your PCB widths are consistent. Look for gunk or crud or bald spots on your belts.

Also have a look at ekra conveying belt tension and if they're not damaged (missing or damged teeth...) as it could affect the synchronisation of both belts and generate this kind of issue.
