I bought a YV100XG machine with AutoTC (Automatic Tray Feeder), Everything is working except AutoTC, when I active this function, pops up the error that the Servo Motor LZ1 was not found. I changed the control card of the servo motor, checked the wires, just did not test the LZ servo that makes the movement up and down the trays. In the settings the LZ and LH axes appear as 19 and 20 (servo card 3), I'm thinking it's set wrong, and I'm not finding any option to change the number of LZ and LH axis. Do these options appear using the Factory user? I only have the Engineer user password, and have no option to change the number of axis.

Did the tray changer use to work on this machine? was it ever disabled and uncoupled from the machine?

If you have an old data disk or backup disk of the machine try restoring to that.

There is also a jumper inside the wiring harness to include the tray changer in the estop loop. you have to pull the cabinet out to get to the location but make sure the tray changer is plugged in.

Also to diagnose if it is the correct axis go to the "calisim" or the "axis position" option in utilities and get to the "current position" menu. Estop the machine and move the relevant axis by hand and see if the encoder count goes up.

The machine had the Auto Tray installed but was removed to put here in the company because the machine was bigger than my elevator. The owner told me it was working, which made me waste time testing all possible settings, electronic cards and cables. Something did not seem right with the wire loop, there were 3 connectors coming from the driver, LZ1, LZ2 and LH1, but the AutoTray ATS20H only has the servo motors LZ1 and LH1. I changed the AutoTray type from AutoTC-C to MagazineTC-A, and the software was able to find the LZ1 servo motor. The conclusion is that the machine came with a wire loop for MagazineTC (LZ1 connected in AxisNo 17), and should never have worked this AutoTray, was installed the wire loop of some other machine. The correct wire loop for the ATS20H has 4 connectors, LZ1, LZ2, LH1 and LH2, and LZ1 is connected to AxisNo 19, LH1 connected to AxisNo 20. Can't change these numbers, card 3 control AxisNo 16 to 22, and they are available on the PI3 and PI4 connectors. Now it's working. And i found the password: User service Pass yamahaim, User engineer Pass 6110.
