SMT Reel Tape | 19 June, 2023

We have some tape that is sticky on both edges. We use it when we refill reals with lose parts occasionally. I have no idea where it originally came from, but we want to order some more. All I can find is splice tape in shorter pieces. The tape we have is a long and we cut to length we need. Can anyone help me find what I am talking about?

I recommend Denise Hagge <d.hagge@vtekusa.com> but they have a minimum order quantity. You can at least check out their web site.

One time we needed tape and reel before we had the module built. Everyone else pretty much wanted exact dimensions before discussing what tape would work. But even with gerber dimensions exact sizes can be a bit off after depanlizing. She helped me find what I needed and has helped when our customer had big orders out of the blue.
