My old machine still has tricks to annoy me

1CA0C004 vision error.

Trying to place large part, about 30x30 (gsm micromodule). Very simple part, square.

But machine is dropping that part and gives vision error "nozzle bent". Part rotation is 90 deg and on the drop conveyor they are "square" so it seems no slippage.

The error it gives is described as "If "??" equals 0A, 0B, 0C, 0D, 15, or 18 this signifies that the search for the part boundaries could not begin because the nozzle is bent."

how the hell ??

Please share experience. Probably another stupid mistake from me as always :)

Also, sometimes placing heads "skip" some rotation - component is little skewed on board but vision shows "correct" numbers. Probably some mechanical error ?

Vision error found:

YOU MUST CHANGE LAMPS SOMETIMES ! Also, the camera front-glass (with the cutout) must be correctly positioned :)

Still looking the Q error on left head.

Probably mechanical problem...
