ERSA Solder Printer

Hello, We have Versaprint ERSA Printer. The machine has been working so well since over 10 years. Now, the vaccum cleaning option is not workinh anymore. The machine stops right before the vaccum cleaning start. Any idea to help fixing that problem? Thanks.
