Having issues with the computer connecting to the NC-540 control box over the parallel port. Replaced the unit and power supply, but nothing.

Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you're going to need to provide some more detail about the messages that the software is giving you. Have you replaced the parallel cable or checked/swapped the PC motherboard?
