We have large ~18"x18" PCBAs with high-density components attached, including several large BGAs, QFPs and QFNs. Are there standalone X-Ray systems able to handle boards this large with good resolution, and if so, what are the typical price differences between 2D and 3D versions?

Yxlon Cheetah EVO can handle 31' x 19' samples with Radioscopic Area of 18' x 16'. Image quality is excellent, but the previous model had some reliability problems, not sure it was fixed. Price is ~250k USD.
