I'm struggling to get a working pick and place machine. Does anyone know how to reset / remove the passwords from the software?

The default service password "yamahaim" doesn't work. The Administrator passwords have also been changed from the defaults.

I tried to boot into windows XP, but faced with a similar software password screen. Not the normal windows XP user password screen.

Happy to pay for your time if this is a complex solution.

A password stripper for XP, As long as you can boot to a remote disk you are on your way! Unfortunately mine is in storage and is impossible to get at, at the moment!

The equipment suppliers normally have hidden or additional log ins. Can you not reach out to the equipment manufacturer for help?

I've done so in the past & they have just provided a file path which would contain the log in details of everything apart from their own hidden log in or "service eng" log ins etc
