Universal Instruments - Radial 5 - Interlock Failure When Turning Key | 16 October, 2024

Hello,

We have a Radial 5 machine from Universal Instruments and every time I turn the Interlock Bypass key to disengage the Interlock Bypass and run at full auto, my machine will act as if a cover or an interlock is not being made. All 13 covers are made and all 7 Estops are not pressed. Any ideas?

Universal Instruments - Radial 5 - Interlock Failure When Turning Key | yesterday at 01:31 PM

Voyager and the uic site has diagrams for the safety systems. There's often interlocks on weird stuff, like for me it was a feeder bank sensor was loose.
