GKG G3 solder paste printer

Hello world! Can you please help us with solder paste printer GKG G3. We have problem with matching stencil with pcb. The printer align the PCB and a stencil with an offset. The missalignment is not constant. It's different every time. At the same time, the printer sees the reference points of both the printed circuit board and the stencil. We tried to go into the printer settings, but nothing happens when you click on the "printer settings" button. It doesn't even ask for a password. Can you guys give me any ideas?
