Searching for technology for placing MIP components | yesterday at 11:45 AM

Hello there, We are producer of big LED wall, and we common use standard SMT process and technology to produce PCB as well. However, i met with new type of package of component, it is MIP (Micro LED in Package), and it is very small, the dimension is only 240umx240um, and this component is not packed in reel but it is on a film carrier with dimension 200mm x 200mm. I have not encountered such an assembly technology yet, so I would need advice regarding the manufacturers of such machines. I would be grateful for any advice.
