Hello everyone,
at the Institute for Manufacturing Automation and Production Systems of the University of Erlangen (Germany) one focus of our research activities is the use of lead-free solder alloys for electronics production. In different publications I read about an alloy made of Sn, Ag and Bi patented by Sandia National Labs. Now my question: Is this alloy avaiblable as a commercial solder paste or does anyone know whom to contact for further information about the properties and the processing of this alloy?
Thank you in anticipation
Regards, Marcus
