BGA rework

What are the problems related to cleaning when using OA tacky flux to replace a PBGA. Will your standard inline cleaner be able to reach all the way under to clean all residue? BGA type is 1.27mm pitch .030 dia. ball plastic. Any info helpful! Thanks,Ron
