Alloy for solderballs search ?

We want to produce BGA�s which will be see burn in conditions of 140�C / 24h active tested. Now we think about problems for the solderball uniformity. Does anybody know about problems or about special solderball alloys for such productsconditions ? Any help welcome.

Hello Achim, I'll put a URL to an Alpha Metals web page that has a list of technical articles that are precisely about BGA spheres...you'll need Adobe Acrobat to read or print them though. If you don't have it, don't worry, they have a link right on the page that the articles are on where you can download it. They're pretty good articles, they get into different alloys and stuff.
