Hello martys, The critical variables to measure print process capability on any printer are its ability to securely clamp a board, accurately align the board to its mating stencil, print with appropriate squeegee pressure and follow print material guidelines for desired print speed. Board/stencil separation speed and distance along with each afore mentioned variable can have a direct impact on a printers accuracy and repeatability. To measure print process dynamics and capability performance, you'll need to diagnose Cp and Cpk values for each of the machines vision alignment and table motion axes. Not only will the process dynamics affect performance but mechanical machine function can have an even more profound impact on maintaining performance within specification. Let me know if you require additional assistance. Thanks!
