Grounding of Power tools

One more question on ESD Control program. Does anyone ground there power equipments and how ? e.g., Pneumatic torque tools , electric screwdrivers, hand soldering stations, solder pots etc. I am not sure about pneumatic hand tools , however, ESD 20.20 does states min res to ground required as less than 1.0E+12 ohms.

How you do that ? Do you run a ground wire along length of hose or use hose as conductive surface ? I will appreciate to hear from someone using screwdrivers in large numbers in their facility and are having sound ESD Control program.
