Yes, we are out there ;-) I have been looking into this amongst other existing site issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The forum Site Support should automatically mail the staff to, which will be coming soon. Use 'Contact Us' for quicker responces, in conjunction with posting to the forums. Things are changing Big and better things are coming soon.
