We have an HSP 4796B chipshooter on the floor. Feeder pick-ups after changeover (during new run start-up) are always a bit of a hastle. Can anyone tell me if a feeder "zeroing" jig works well? I always reset feeder B offsets. I recorded "B" offsets for some time and they have no pattern. So, for us, the start-up is much cleaner if we reset feeder B's to 0,0. I think a jig for the feeders would help get us more efficient start-ups. Does anyone know of such a thing, an official name/part number for it and where I can get one or maybe even just rent one?
