I had a DEK 265LT with error code: motor comms failure.card 1, Axis123 fatal error-reinitialize machine during machine boost up

I replaced new card 1 and still get the same error. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Robert, you will have to re-load the MINT software. It only takes a couple of minutes to do this. This will fix out the errors. Refer to your DEK manuals on how to carry out this function.

Alan, I got that message before it come to the main screen so i could not reinstall the Mint program.

Robert, power on the machine and go straight into DOS. You can do this by pressing and holding the Shift key as the machine is booting up. Run MINT. Try re-seating the cards too before you do this. Have you checked the voltages on the card batteries. Hope this info is of use to you.
