Does anybody know how could I clean pcbs with immersion silver finising ? I have several boards that got oxidized for having been waiting too long to be processed after opening the package.

the flux in the solder paste should take care of the oxides. if possible print a board and run thru reflow to check for wetting issues......there are some published papers that say that the tarnish layer is too small to create any wetting issues or other assembly problems.

also as an aside, make sure that the Imm Ag boards are stored in sealed bags with silver saver paper between 20-25 deg C and 40-50 % RH
