Check Running Menu Run Mode 2 = Normal (Pass) Mount = Exec (Skip)
Data In > PCB > Origin > O* > Skip = No Data In > PCB > Mount > M* > Skip = No
Data In > System > Parameter > Position > Waiting Pnt Check that the waiting point is not set at such a co-ordinate that the PCB sensor is seeing the gantry. The pcb sensor also has a sensitivity adjustment - it may be turned up too high. I think your pcb sensor will be DI24 on the DI/DO page. Cable number should be N24. Put your hand over the sensor and DI24 should show the number 1. If you take your hand away it will show 0. If this is not the case, I.E. it stays on 1 - then your sensor is cactus. Swap the cable to either the conveyor input or output sensors to check. To keep running while you get a new sensor - If you have a sub-stopper that has a working sensor then move it to the pcb position, connect to N24 and turn the sub-stopper option off in Data In > System > Machine Config > Sub Stopper = No. If you do not have a sub stopper then move the Exit sensor to pcb position, plug in to N24 and set Data In > System > Machine Config > Conveyor Spec= Return. This will mean the pcb will return to the entry after the mount is finished. Grab it and put in a new pcb otherwise the same pcb will be populated again and again, while you're in the brascoe.
"we place a board on the running conveyor and it will just shoot through the machine out the other end and onto the floor." That's funny!
