Good read. Clearly shows the difference between the prssed shirt white paper pushers and the real end users of the lead free. I agree with the comments at the bottom of the article.

Unfortunately it might take another 2 years to gather enough data on how much damage lead-free has done to our industry. We are a good two year into the RoHS now and we hear more and more frustration. It's just a matter of time before we will see some hard data. Until now all failures have been hidden from public view but this will not last forever.
