TP9 machine serial no reset to -1

Hi, We had a video-related problem and I had to shutdown the machine a few times un-expectedly.

Now, the video seems to be fixed (bios config problem), but the machine boots up and says that the serial number is -1 which does not match the calibration/config/magic word info for this machine.

Anyone know how I can reset the serial number to the correct number?
