We are running a CV 400 Wave solder. We are having difficulty getting sufficient flux on the boards. It uses a reciprocating spray fluxer that is controlled based on time by a board sensor located on the load side conveyor. The problem is that there doesn't seam to be any perimeters for adjusting the start and stop point for the fluxer. This results in insufficient flux usually on the tailing end of the board. Dose anyone have experience with this issue and have any solution or method for adjusting the time the fluxer stays on?? Much appreciated.
