Identify SMD IC

Hi All, I would like to ask some help from you. It would be very important for me to identify a bad IC. It is located in a 2,4GHz radio frequency receiver, maybe the IC is some kind of low noise amplifier, but I'm not sure about it. It has 5-pin, seems like it has SOT23-5 package. The marking code is: 73IZ I cannot find any information about this component. Maybe you have got more expreiences about this topic. Pleas help. Thanks Norbert
