After reinstalling software, i get message when loading printer: "A printer file could not be opened, therefore the printer cannot be started. Please inster your calibration diskette and press confirm. or contact or contact DEK customer support. Press abandon to exit operating system Saved all data in config folder also calibration files in product folder, but now have this error.

What software release / system software are you installing? and what level of reinstallation? What prompted software reinstall?

I was instaling advantech 02.05(typhoon), Software Version 07 SP10 B06. Software reinstall was used because camera stopped working.

Recommend E;?configuration backup and install from scratch. Upon post-ghost do not reload configuration files, only machine keyfiles

After fresh install and loading only machinekey + stdeaf files it worked, thanks. But still there is camera problem which appeared from the beginning. I attached files where you can see error details. Software reinstallation not solved issue. Then cables connection, camera itself?
