Trying to get a CS400D working. We are programming a 10up board and are trying to set permanent offsets in the program and we cannot get them to read in. Any help?

Are you programming on the machine, or with a third-party software? I use Aegis CircuitCam to program my CS400s. I don't think I've done more than simple edits at the machine in 10 years. I don't know exactly what you mean by "permanent offsets", but can't you just program 1 boards, and then use the selector switch to program the rest? I've had a panel that comes 2x5, but the top row was 180 degrees rotated. I programmed a top row and bottom row board as a single board, and then used the offsets knob to set the other 4.
