Dear all, I'M getting above subjected error when software getting boot in infinity dek machine. please let me know the root cause for this issues. software version 07SP09. we used clone software which is taken working .

Hi, For above highlighted issues has been solved and now started "wrong embedded real time code version fatal error -reinitialse machine" what is the issues and where it went wrong please advise me to check further

Assuming machine is configured for safe recovery (7SP05 or later software); have you tried machine software reload or safe recovery? Are you able to back up configuration data?
