We currently are using the HIPPO system. It is a nice program. It's cloud based so nothing is stored on sight. This was helpful when my computer crashed. You can add an immense amount of information into the system. If you can think it you can enter it in. Takes a little bit to get use to. I was use to blue mountain but my transition was pretty smooth. You can associate parts to specific equipment as well. Little work in the beginning but well worth it in the long run. I have the APP on my tablet and use on the floor all the time.

My company uses MPulse. Not terribly complicated. Inputting all the assets, Inventory, Instructions for the task etc. is time consuming in the beginning, but worth it.

What maintenance application do you use? | 20 June, 2023

All you need is a calendar setup of any kind to remind you. You can also use it to acknowledge the maintenance happened for audit purposes. All the detail should be with the maintenance manuals.
