Juki - line control from a server/line computer? is it possible ? | 21 March, 2023

Can I control a line of juki machines from a computer on the line/server like its possible to do in Siemens's Siplace Pro Desk ? I was in china in a meeting with 2 different juki distributors - and none of them gave me an answer, like they dont understand what I want from them.

I have a sort of line monitoring, that works, but i cannot change feeders from first machine to the second, cannot control the speeds, nozzles, packages, etc. It called Program Downloader, attaching a screenshot.

There is something called Data Manager? Is that the thing for line control ?

Hi, Im not in china anymore, was there for a short visit. Is it even possible to control the line from a computer? From what I've been told, "Juki software is not that smart". Can I contact you directly via email/whatsapp/wechat ?

They have a software called JaNets to do that. I only briefly worked for a couple of months with Juki, but JaNets did what you are asking for. Most likely you will need licence from Juki for that.

There is a Chinese software product called "Programming" from Ealead.

The Ealead software makes spliting your product over a multi-machine line, even if they are not from the same manufacturer easy!

My software PCBSynergy, does that CAD to machine conversion for about 80 SMT formats and 16 CAD formats with another 4 CAD formats on the way!.

Together they do what the Juki Line Control product o rthe newer JaNets product do.

I used to work with Siemens Siplace program to control the lines. That is something that Juki is far far far away from. Is it possible to do something like Siplace for controlling the lines?
