We're currently running a pair of XPM 820 Vitronics reflow ovens with a year 2000 vintage. I'm looking into either replacing both with used or one at a time new (and using the 2nd for spare parts). I priced a new delivered replacement from Vitronics and it came to ~$70-75K delivered and installed. Do any of you know better market prices on other brands? I'm going to look into Heller. Any thoughts on used off-market ovens and prices? A few of the used SMT equipment resellers have ovens but they seem to be 15-20 years old already. Thanks,

I sent them an inquiry, thank you. SEO is really failing. Manncorp shows on every google page. BTU and Heller were page 2 searches, ITWEAE Vitronics page 3.

You can try to look at CY (chinese) oven. I personally didn't like it before, but when you get used to it, its alright.

Heller and BTU both sell well respected ovens for considerably less $$ than a Vitronics. If you really like ITWAE brands, when I was last looking Electrovert was somewhat more affordable. Your region may also have other reliable Chinese brands, I think Juki is a "Jaguar" rebrand? Folungwin is well respected here in the UK and TSM is also well liked by its users. Pricing in ascending order went NoNameChina-Folungwin-Heller-BTU-Ersa-Electrovert-Rehm/Soltec. I'm not convinced any of them would have been a bad choice. I wanted Pin AND Mesh and on the smaller end of things. I chose Heller, had I wanted say center board support, that might have swayed it towards Ersa.

Good information, thanks. I met with a Heller sales rep. yesterday. I'm waiting on a quote to come over. He shells for several companies, and maybe can hook us up with a receiving conveyor after the oven. Right now we play catch onto a table. I reached out to BTU, and haven't heard back yet.

Yeah, the ID name was a bad decision, I'm Frank from Shenzhen Chengyuan Industrial Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.Our major is with Reflow oven and wave soldering oven, also JUKI's direct distributor in China. Meanwhile, we also cover the whole line of machinery requirements, both new and secondhand.I get to know "Kirillka" by solving some JUKI related issues and win our chance to present our reflow oven solutions, 13 heating zone.Their first desired oven was Heller, but now happy with our oven :)
