Test Boards for process testing

SMTnetters:

Does anyone know of a place where I can have some test boards made? I don't need a board with a working circuit, traces or anything like that, but a board similar to those "test boards" that you all see at the Placement Equipment manufacturers' booths at Nepcon....you know the ones where all the components are lined up nicely to show-case how fast their machine is...

It's bascially a test board used only to gauge performance of different fluxes (we're evaluating VOC-Free fluxes here at my company, "T"). ...something like a plain-old HASL board, .062 fr4, loaded with 0603's, SOT23's and a few through-hole parts, as well.

If anyone knows where I can have one made quickly, please let me know....
