Does anyone know of a contract manufacturing house that can guarantee smt component placement and can verify placement of +/-.015?

Try GM Technical Services.

I can do it. However, what is your reliability level? 99.997%, or 1 % , 3 Sigma or 6 sigma. Give me 1000 attempts and I can probably get one at that tollerance!!!

I can guarantee 0.03 mm @ 3 Sigma. but I need to know what the part is...chip cap or QFP304? regards, Dean
