SMT soldering expert system

I have been building one sophisticated SMT soldering expert system (KBS), through my 8-YEARs SMT experience. As I know, in the marketplace only published some SMT raw material selection Expert System. The system needs more technical information about manufacturability and individual machine setting criterions. If you are interesting to this subject, welcomed to provide some ideas to me to extend the functionality. Mainly, it would play a role of advisor essentially for SMT assembly. Thx in advance

I tried to define solder joint relibility with somewhat formula or ranking criterias. such as fillet height, toe, solder defect... etc, and finally output a score. But, I am afraid of this score can not represent solderability well. your advises are welcomed.
