Could someone help me with the CSM TOOLBOX ? | 20 November, 2001

I lost my copy of the software 'CSM TOOLBOX' (and optimizer) Does someone have another copy of it ?? I already contact Philips EMT but they doesn't have it anymore! Does someone still have this software or does someone know where to get (maybe download) this software ?? PLEASE HELP !!!
