AccuFlex is the replacement for UltraPrint 1500. UP1500 is going obsolete. AccuFlex was desgigned for fast setup and changeovers and takes some tasks away from the operator. The UltraPrint 2000 was designed for high production, even though many users run them low vol hi mix. The AccuFlex has features not available on the UP2000, such as an automatic support pin placement system, automatic stencil loading/positioning. The AccuFlex moves the board/ center nest in X-Y-Theta for alignment to the stencil whereas the UP2000 moves the stencil to align with the board, that is fixed in the center nest. AccuFlex handles a larger board 23"x20" vs. 20"x16" for the UP2K. UP2K is faster in cycle time than standard AF (Accelerator option $$ on AF makes it faster than UP2K in cycle time) and UP2K is faster in 2D post print inspection times than the AF. AF is more suitable to a lo vol hi mix production environment.
