Looking for Wave-Exit conveyor belt(ESD, heat dissipative, flux) | 16 December, 2003

We are in need of a replacement conveyor belt for an unload-end conveyor(post wave solder). The part number we had at one point (formerly PCT automation) was 65-4008-4 (Belt, Flat-W=23.75 L=171.70) green high temp conveyor belt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bill

Thanks for the information, --We would like to replace the conveyor 'belt' rather than replace the whole conveyor.

Do you know of any sources for the belting material? (ESD, heat and chemical resistant)

I was under the impression that PCT was bought out by one of their competitors, but I can't remember who. This was a couple years ago.

You may need to call a few manufacturers, or do some more research to see who bought them.

Looking for Wave-Exit conveyor belt(ESD, heat dissipative, flux) | 19 December, 2003

Bill--Good morning. We have several decline conveyors w/ conductive black belt Plus cool down units w/ banks of (8) fans. I believe the belt widths are 18". Would that work? Everything is in Illinois. Thanks, Nick Haviland, Electronic Assembly Machinery Exchange, (262) 249-0808.
