Hi, friend, i have a question about FPC tooling

Hi, every one, i'm sophia in China. Nice to meet you here. I have a question: What do you think about finding a chinese factory for the flex circuit punching tool maker?Someone has quoted me before, but he said our price is heigher than Taiwan, i don't think so. The salary of Taiwan workers are higher than chinese workers, and certainly there is other factors. Is there anybody here has information about this matter?Can you give me sugestion?Thank you very much in advance.
