All, Can someone help find a source for purchasing interleaving/packaging paper for Immersion Silver boards (sulfur free + ph neutral ..).

In our notes, we have a reference to a NPL presentation [npl.co.uk/ei/presentations/storage.pdf] on the results of a study of the effect on solderability of 'silver saver', but the link doesn't seem to work. Chris Hunt at NPL can probably give you a lead on the results.
