Check to make sure that your camera is not hitting / rubbing the edge/bottom of the stencil, especially if you are using a stencil adapter.

I looks as though it has hit a stencil before I started beck here. It had ran fine for months. One day I came in and the someone had the error and it has been doing it quite often now. Right before this error occurs it is usually checking for fiducials and it sounds as though the motor or wheel is slipping. It won't find the fid and then will not go to correct park position.

Thank you for your input, Chris

The camera is probably clipping the top of your board when it is reading fids. This causes the motor to lose steps. Manually load a board to vision height and drive the camera over the board to check for clearance issues.
